The Gaps We Fill

Compassion Community Connection

MissionSee Inc. is a robust 501c3 nonprofit educational organization providing personal and professional development education. That coupled with our workforce training program is what we've designed to help under-represented and marginalized individuals and families in Metro Atlanta to succeed at forging a new and sustainable life path.

MissionSee is a place where people work to find purpose and create a plan for long-term sustainability all while gaining the ability to teach future generations to be positive contributors within their community, not only in word but also in deed. People achieve stability at MissionSee. Together we provide wrap around services, safe shelter, education, and employment resources within healthy environments designed to empower people in making the right choices, developing achievable goals and creating an actionable plan for long term success.

OUR PURPOSE

MissionSee enhances existing services in the community. Our program fills in the gap for individuals, youth and families who face barriers in life. Our services help community members achieve a healthy quality of life over the long term. Each objective builds upon the other allowing participants to more quickly gain momentum as they reach self-sufficiency.

THE GAPS WE FILL

The Founder of MissionSee saw that while many organizations help people by providing emergency and transitional housing, there was a high rate of recidivism because those same people didn’t have permanent housing, an inclusive support system, nor the education to plan to be successful long-term. MissionSee was founded for a specific reason – to holistically fill that gap for people facing barriers by providing affordable shelter, skills education, and employment by providing a positive support system in one central environment, so they have a higher chance to rapidly achieve long term sustainability.

With these three objectives in place, affordable shelter, education, and employment, clients’ immediate needs are met. They are educated with the soft skills necessary to develop healthy habits and have created a plan to sustain long term success.

Our accessible facility helps keep clients dignity intact because they are “working” together socially, on-site in the program, allowing them affordable housing costs, alleviating transportation issues, social isolation, and other barriers, all while receiving the essential education to maintain and grow beyond the help of MissionSee into self-sufficiency.
